ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

Paul H. Rosenfeld is a retired Kepner-Tregoe certified Analytic Trouble Shooter and Process Consultant.  He also worked as a mosquito researcher, a woodshop and photography teacher, as well as the founder of several technology companies.  He currently lives on a small farm in Western Oregon with his Rhodesian Ridgeback hounds, where he grows way too many tomatoes and is working on his next book.
